I highly recommend Manny's Carpentry & Masonry for any construction work you might have. He did a great job building our screened in patio and I would happily work with him again. He does it all - indoors and outdoors. We were so pleased with the patio that we also had him do another job hanging several lights in our home. Manny is very professional, has an incredible work ethic and is great with communicating at each phase of the construction. He is very familiar with doing everything right from working with the city for permitting and inspections and he even helped with getting HOA approval.
